Investigations
- U&E, creatinine, eGFR

Management

- BP control (target <130/80 mmHg)
- ACE inhibitor/ARB for proteinuria
- Dietary advice (low salt, low potassium)
- Nephrology outpatient follow-up
- Renal replacement therapy if indicated
